Good inventory but horrible staff and customer service. They don’t speak to you, dont want to help, and act bothered if you ask for something. Unprofessional and we witnessed all of the men at the front desk mocking customers after they left and denying trade ins etc. only helpful person was a female worker who actually walked the store and offered assistance.

I was visiting friends and family last week, and they wanted to show me this store. There was a lot to browse, and I even came across items I hadn't seen since I was a kid, which was a fun and nostalgic experience. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I asked a few employees some questions, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them rather than being helped. At checkout, there was a dark-haired girl, a man with white hair, and a tall man with a ponytail behind the counter. While the girl and the man with white hair were actively assisting customers, the other employee was standing at a register on his phone. I ended up waiting until the employee with white hair noticed me and asked if I was ready to check out. He then specifically asked the other employee to ring me up. Even during the transaction, the employee kept his phone on the counter and appeared to be scrolling through Discord or another app. Afterward, I mentioned the experience to my friends, and they told me that this kind of service is fairly typical there and that only a few employees consistently provide good customer service. The store itself was interesting and nostalgic, but the lack of

Has a pretty nice selection but the employees lower the rating. Me and my girlfriend have been here multiple times and we always have an issue with them. Multiple of them are just rude whenever you ask questions and will follow you around the store like you're a thief. That might be because there's a stealing issue but it might be because we're young looking too. This time when we went one of the male employees was staring at my girlfriend as she was bent over looking at something. And the person who checked us out talked to my girlfriend like she was stupid, she didn't talk to me like that.

Don’t expect an actual exchange with any of your items here. They will take advantage of those who don’t do research and just need a quick buck. Look up your items before you take them in so you know what you should get for them. I wasn’t expecting an amazing total or anything when I brought in my stack of stuff. Took them around 30 minutes to go through my stuff just to tell me that I could get $60 in store credit. I knew I had rare stuff and I was at least expecting $100 cash for the 40+ items I brought in which were valued at around $300 online retail value. What they offered me was absolutely criminal. They will waste your time. The exchange has great stuff for sale, but you’d be better off buying it online. Want a place to bring your kid and buy them an awesome toy? This is the place. Otherwise: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, SAVE THE TRIP AND BUY ONLINE. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you love being robbed.

This is by far the biggest Exchange store I have ever been in! They have a wide variety of games, music, movies, guitars, and sound equipment. It's well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!
